Evaluations will begin in January at Carroll indoor this year. The schedule is posted on our homepage.

WAX Spring Lacrosse Registration

Registration for the 16th season of Westminster Area Lacrosse is NOW OPEN for Spring 2019.

To register, go to www.waxlax.org, and click on the orange "Registration" button. We have an early bird discount again this year for all registrations completed before January.

SAVE $10 per registration!!! 

Take advantage of this discount before it expires...the new Year will be here soon.

Player assessments will begin January 9th, so please register early!
 
Expect practices to begin in the mid-February time frame. Outdoor practices will start March 15th. First games for all ages are tentatively scheduled to start April 1st. 
 
Westminster Area Lacrosse provides lacrosse opportunities for both girls and boys, kindergarten through 9th grade, for all experience levels. Come learn, play and have fun competing with WAX.

If you're thinking of coaching this spring don't forget to register as a coach using the Volunteer to Coach registration online.

2019 Assessments Schedule

2019 Assessments will be held at

Carroll Indoor Sports Complex 

515 Old Westminster Pike

Westminster, MD 21157

-All assessments will be held on Wednesday nights. 

Please note which building they will be held in.  (“Lower”- Main building that has Carroll Indoor Office located inside or “Upper”- building on right as you come in parking lot.)

-Girls will be required to have all equipment to participate including a women's stick, goggles and a mouthguard.

-Boys will be required to have all equipment to participate including a stick, helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, gloves and mouthguard.

-There are 2 assessments scheduled for each age group. Please try to attend both if possible. You are required to attend at least 1 evaluation.

-The assessment process is used to determine what alignment WAX will place teams in MYLA (Maryland Youth Lacrosse Association).
